Dr. Frey is absolutely amazing if you can look past his office staff. They are not very efficient except when it comes to their collections. I have had appointments scheduled on holidays they are closed, they don't follow up or notify you that insurance authorizations are expired or about to expire and after insurance denies the claim because of it they will wait until 10 minutes before the office closes the day before your visit to tell you they are cancelling because you have a balance.
