I've been a patient here for 3 yrs and have never had an issue with anything till this past February. Since then it has gotten out of hand. Know that I have been a patient that is ALL ABOUT ACCOUNTABILITY, and they know that. But for some reason last couple of months my screenings have not shown my Percocet but yet has shown ingredients of it in my system, also my Morphine and Pregablin Do show up but the Oxycodone part doesn't. when someone needs to speak to the Dr. over the phone there should not be a problem with the receptionist if I want to talk to a secretary I can call just about any business.
They lied to me from the day I made the appointment for the next 4 months.
Dr. Tayeb is professional, has concerns for his patients., That has been my experience. I trust him explicitly as my history, he listened, understood and saved my life from opioid over prescribing. He understands. His approach has been spot-on for my needs, including the approaches of injections in the right areas; probiotics, immune system, etc. The wait times are long, That does not mean he has "too many patients". Dr. ZeeshanTayeb and his staff provide excellent and professional care for all their patients. I have been a patient there for over 5 years. When I initially went there I was unable to walk due to pain in various parts of my body. I'm addition to Dr Tayeb's expertise the physical therapy department have truly helped me. I've been with Dr tayeb years I believe this is my fourth location with him two in Northern Kentucky 1up off Anderson Ohio now the location he's at now very good doctor I would never forget one location in ky I had a outstanding bill they told me I could not come back till I paid my balance of $1,000 I did not know they had this policy I was making payments didn't know this policy but he told them I can come back to see him. I think it’s ridiculous how he over books and have his patience in here for hours and most of the time you never even have any contact with him and like today he has his employees in here working hard and he not even here he has put herself in isolation I would recommend my worst enemy to him and I will be calling the better business bureau
