I would not recommend going here. It took me three weeks to make an appointment for my grandmother who had new spine fracture and in excruciating pain. When she did see the doctor, he rushed in and out of the office, barely giving us time to ask questions. I asked him to help us adjust her pain medications. He told us to go back to her family doctor. I don't understand, he is the pain specialist! I was treated there a few years ago and was made to feel like a liar and told that I was exaggerating the pain I was experiencing. The women working the desk were very ignorant and judgemental to me when I checked in and especially while I was making a follow up appointment. I ended up going to see a new Dr. who requested my records from this facility several times with no response. Clinic treats the elderly like they are drug addicts. They really are insensitive to those with pain. It is not urgent. You would think a pain management clinic would have more empathy for those in pain. If Sandra and receptionist do not like their jobs they should find other employment. If they knew their business they would understand that pain and inability to sleep due to this pain is the detrimental to the elderly.
