Valerie helped me get out of a tremendous amount of pain due to severe lumbar spine stenosis. With a combo of NKT, Z Health, massage therapy and bodywork I was out of pain and back to normal activities again within a month's time following regular weekly sessions. 24 hours after my first treatment I experienced a 50% improvement in my pain level and mobility, which was astounding and completely unexpected. Finding Val has been like finding a winning lottery ticket - she has my highest recommendation.
