They push a false advertisement. First they said one PRP treatment is $200, but then, as soon as you are done with it, they force you to pay additional $75 for a follow-up visit, which was not advertised. The management is not that friendly and also, I was waiting for the doctor to come in for more that one hour as they were running late. Their focus is more to take your money than to really help you. Not recommending.
Fantastic staff and employees! Treat you like family. Listen to you and work with you. Good facilities and attitudes.
Was hoping to have a positive experience here. I was happy to hear that the $200 visit would go toward the PRP injection. After a bad office experience and some research I realized a lot of the information they are saying is false. Anything with amniotic fluid or stem cells has not been proven to be safe and effective. The PRP injection is proven to be effective but the nurse told me she has been better for two years. These injections don’t last that long. I don’t even know where to start … if I could give 1000 stars I would. I am someone who has insane Dr. anxiety and to say that Dr. E eased my mind within the first 30 secs in an understatement . She was personable, kind, listened and gave me multiple options. I am forever grateful for her for sure! Shannon her assistant was a total sweetheart. I recommended this place 10/10. I look forward to continued visits with them and can’t wait to get this knee under control! Thank you Dr.E and team!
