Staff are rude, arrogant and down right hateful. I would encourage folks to look for alternative pain management services.
My mom had a scheduled appointment twice. Both times the facility did not call, text, email, or mail a cancellation notice. When we got to the actual place, there was no note on the door and no one came to answer the door.
Dr. Hansen and Boston Scientific talked my mom into doing a trial for a Spinal Cord Stimulator. She did very well with the stimulator trial back in April. It's going on 8 weeks and she has yet to be contacted for info on the procedure. She has tried calling the office and she did speak with the Boston rep, but noone from Dr. Hansen office has communicated back with her. If you can't follow through, at least communicate with her, so she can look for another Dr. YOU USED MY MOTHER FOR AN EXPERIMENT, BUT WILL NOT FOLLOW THROUGH... read more
