Each and every time I have had any kind of dealings with the Pain Relief Center by phone or in person they have always been positive. My husband and I were both patients and when my husband passed everyone in the office including Dr Hansen sign a card for me and spoke to me respectful with kindness and concern. I appreciate all of them and really don't want to go anywhere else. Thank you Dr Hansen and staff........
Dr. Hansen has been my doctor for many year’s. I don’t know what I would have done without him! He is very knowledgeable of my situation. He is a caring physician who cares about his patients. I really appreciate him and don’t know what I would do without him!
I have found Dr Hansen and his Staff to be phenomenal. Unfortunately I have a lot of Doctors I need to go to. So unfortunately I have alot of Doctors to compare his practice with. I was suprised by some bad reviews which I see here. I think that patients who have chronic serious pain would not be the easiest patients to deal with. I would suggest that anyone who would like to complain should attempt working in the field. I hope all his patients and staff the best
I have been Dr.Hansens patient for about 9 yrs and he has done an amazing job controlling my chronic pain. He is caring and thoughtful. Punctual. Takes time to listen to your concerns and questions. He is a blessing and I'm glad I found him. Thank you Dr. Hansen... you are awesome.
This place is an absolute JOKE!!! After my Dr. sent a referral I waited 2 weeks without hearing anything. I called to ask on the status of my referral, & was put on hold. After 15 minutes of waiting I hung up & tried to call back, well surprise, no answer. So I tried to call again & got a message saying the office was closed. This was around 3pm, what was even more strange was the message stated the office closed at 5pm. So then I called them from a different phone & you got it, she answered.
