The pain management care is great, but the front desk/supporting staff sucks. They are rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. They will mess your med prescriptions up and let you run out of medication and they do not know how to address customers. Very poor training with this new group.
Since my first appointment with Dr Shabander I have received nothing but excellent care. He is very personable and explains everything regarding your care. His staff are pleasant and seem to enjoy their jobs.
As a first time patient the staff was very nice including the doctor was very comfortable with everyone I had contact with keep up the good work
