This office is impossible to get ahold of, multiple emails, phone calls, voicemails and no response to any of them. The doctor never sent in the prescription we had discussed, and sent in incorrect referrals to my insurance for my pain management. Unprofessional and unfriendly when I finally did get ahold of them, they refused to listen to how they made a mistake and want me to make a whole new appointment just to fix what they did wrong on their end. I have been a patient there for a few years. I will share that I have never had any issues until the past few weeks. I have literally been trying to book an appointment for over 2 weeks. I have left several message and nobody has called me back. I have been on hold each time I left a voice for a very long time. I have e-mailed and no return e-mail. I have even gone up o Dr. Alan Ho offices 2 times and the door is locked and when I knock nobody answers! This is beyond frustrating and unaccepted!

NEVER answer phone. Never has my appointment NOT be late. Go somewhere else.
