I have never left a negative review before, and I don't take it lightly to leave one now. However, my recent office visit left me so disappointed that I felt compelled to do so now. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been a long time patient of this office and I was treated so poorly during my last visit. The woman at the desk was rude and condensing. If it wasn’t for my doctor being as caring as he is I would have walked out. I was asked personal questions with others sitting next to me. Reviewing my medications out loud in front of 4 other people sitting near me. I was asked my birthdate 3 x’s. My privacy was definitely violated. My exam was explained to me step by step. I had a good understanding of what was going on. It put me at ease.

Dr Ramundo is an awesome guy, and is a professional at his job. Shows that he cares about his patients and treats you like he's your friend, that means a lot ! I would highly recommend him to friends and family. He got me out of pain after 10 years of suffering.
