The staff is horrible and the doctors are willing to put your life at risk.
Evil with a capitol E. Better off going to the street. They will change your appointment with no regard to wether you are going to run out and go through withdrawl. They also make you sign that you will not receive nor even discuss getting your meds with another doctor. My insurance company says this is illegal, but who has the ability to fight. If this is the same practice that was sold to a chain called All Better Wellness Center and moved up the street about 1/4mi; various authorities coordinated a raid (on all the locations at the exact same time) last year; made numerous medical staff arrests; confiscated all records&computers; and shut them all down. Since Dr. Laucks sold practice to new owners the quality of care went downhill. You get about 10min. W/Dr., do urine test &out the door. Dr. Laucks would take the time to evaluate your condition(30min.)and make adjustments to meds. He would also do injections @appt if needed.
