I was a patient at Newco and it shut down. They sent me to Lighthouse. Lighthouse sent me the paperwork for a new patient. Filled it all out. Had to change my appointment due to a scheduling conflict at work. Had no problem doing that. Then I ended up in the er. I called to tell them to see if I could push my appointment. They tell me I don't have one saying I supposedly failed a urine test and they sent me a letter. Well I got no letter and I never took a urine test it was always a mouth swab. If you need medication that day,forget it,you have to pass a urine test..I won't get to see them again until the next month,i am on phentanl...so,,I have no patches,and in two days will experience phentanyl withdrawal..I am a nurse,,this drug use is due to doctor prescribed because of a motorcycle accident,leaving me in chronic pain,,,
I am very upset with lighthouse medical in altoona PA....i was called for a random pill count and didn't have a way there I told them I could come the next day but they said no and discharged me from the place I always had my pills to take back with me now because of this I am in so much pain and can't find another pain management
Well let see I was dismissed as a patient there today due to the fact while I had a seizure I lost my meds I the pa this and she got rid of me I have been going there for 19 months and never a write up I just starting seeing CONNIE WALKER WHO ALSO FALSEFIED MY LAB REPORT SO COULD KICK ME OUT,BUT THAT DIDNT HAPPEN,SO NOW I HAVE NO DR,I CANT HELP I HAVE SEIZURES AND HAT SHOUKD BE HELD AGAINST ME, CAN I DO IM FILING A GRIEVANCE AGAINST HER AND THE CLINIC
If you are a patient there YOU CAN NOT LEAVE TOWN TO CAMP IN A RURAL LOCATION BC if they call you for a pill count and you can not make it in that day BC you are out of state you will be dismissed at next visit without a month supply of your medication until you can get to another facility. They will give you a letter saying that they have Given you a 30 day supply of your meds when they did not.
They are very rude ,dont return phone calls,and even laughed at a patiant who couldnt walk well. The higher authorities need to be notified of these complaints immediately!
