Will be giving it another try. But after much time and then yesterday I go for my App at 1030 and sit for close to 2hours come to find out they did not have my paperwork they should have had. ALSO was suppose to have First patience paperwork sent to my house before the APP and Never got it! HOPEFULLY you guys can't tighten it up a bit BECAUSE I'm not the only person. Dr. Auerbach is by far the best pain management Dr I have seen over the past 10years. He treats you like a person not like a paycheck. He takes time with you and does not over medicate which is a huge positive. So if you are really trying to get and feel better without feeling like a zombie, I highly recommend him.

Refused to provide an ASL interpreter for me. I'm deaf and request one weeks ago. Ins Co forgot to call one but still their responsibility. Local agency said they have terps available but Dr didn't want to pay for it.

Business response:

We apologize for the misunderstanding. We try our hardest to accommodate all patients but sometimes this means we have to rely on third party agents whom we cannot control. We know that communication is key and would make it a priority to reschedule you at your earliest convenience.
