These are about the most incompetent staff I have ever seen...I visit in Feb to to start process for 3rd Spinal injection, but they drop the ball on Veteran's approval (for 3 months, and that's with me following up regularly), then blame the VA, saying they're too difficult to work with...and now PMNW won't be servicing Veteran's as of June 1st. If your job is to complete forms for insurance approvals and you think it is too difficult, then get another job, you are in the wrong business. Shame on you Dr. Craig Anderson for a... read more

The staff and doctor were all very personable, professional, efficient and kind. I would highly recommend them.

I shouldn't even be giving 1 star. The staff is horrible. I've been waiting 2 months for insurance authorization for an MRI. I call about every other day. They refuse to let me get a message to the Dr. My first (and only appointment so far) was over 2 hours. One and a half hours in waiting. I'm going to have to get a referral elsewhere, as I am disgusted with the lack of care from Dr. Anderson and his staff.

I would walk to Portland everyday before I went to them again. The staff is the most uncaring, unprofessional staff I have ever had to deal with.

This review is getting one star only because you have to put one in to do a review. My sister had an injection over 24 hours ago and she is in extreme pain, even more than before the injection. She has called 4 times with no returned call and is now contemplating going to urgent care because she is having a reaction. Kind of a dangerous situation when your pain management doctor won't respond because he is "too busy". WOW!

Dr. Andersen knows what he's doing. The nerve ablation procedure is a temporary solution to chronic severe pain but right now it's all they have to offer. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. They try to make the procedures as comfortable as possible. There aren't many offices in this area offering this service. The other pain clinic I went to was worse. If I could change one thing there I would replace one staff member. That's it. Every place has one. That one rude person that's difficult to work with and has poor co... read more
