The staff are always friendly and professional. Something has changed cause the parking lot was full. I was fortunate to find what I think was the last parking place. It has never been like this before. This may be a serious problem for older folks. One other disappointment was that I did not get to speak to my Doctor. I saw the PA and she was very nice, knowlegeable, but lacked the history knowledge my Doctor has. I drive 35 miles each way for these appointments, and seeing my doctor is important.
Dr Mohammed Rezai, who I trust and has been there every step of the way through my shingles and now postherpetic neuralgia for the last 5 months, referred me to Dr Cohen to hopefully put an end to this pain which has changed my life in many negative ways. Meeting with Dr Cohen today gave me hope! He casually mentioned a nerve block like it’s something he does all the time. I felt a sense of calm hope.
