The team here made me feel like they truly care about the pain I’ve been experiencing. They squeezed me in for an appointment and surgery. I was emotional at my appointment and the doctor held my hand and told me he would do everything in his power to help me. So glad my PT recommended this place!
Dr. Hersel is always thoughtful and thorough in explaining the strategy he will take to reduce my pain.
It was a good 45 minute wait in the waiting room after my appointment time. But the doctor was very kind, asked a lot of questions and seemed to listen. He gave me a lot of hope for a quick resolution once my MRI results are in, but didn’t do much to improve my pain relief. I’ll have to wait for the treatment in 3 - 4 weeks.
Everything went smooth. This was a quick exam to see how my back was responding. I was in and out in no time.
