I went to to 8901 n. 76 at. They tried to frame me saying I used drug,and then it was proved I did not. And last week my nurce Nicole suggest that I tampered with my spcimen. I asked for proof,she couldn't provide me answers. But they still want to keep so called helping me. I thought it was if I violated my contract I would not be able to receive help. So what is it? ALL they do there is make ways to continue stickin us with injections. And try to accused us of being a crackhead.

Had a couple appts here. Everything seemed fine, doc seemed caring. There were some extended wait times, but I wasn't overly bothered by it. They seemed to do everything by the book... Until they decided to book my appt on a day they were closed. I had an appt scheduled for 12/23. The Monday before, they left a message telling me I couldn't be seen on that day and they wanted to see me that Tuesday.
