To put it mildly, the staff is unprofessional. After making my appointment I had to wait three weeks for my tele-med call, which was supposed to take place today. A call from the office came two days beforehand with a request to call them back. No explanation, just call back. I called back and left a detailed message confirming my appointment today, along with my phone number. I did not speak with a person. Ever.
