They are incapable of returning phone calls, they treat their really injured client's like they are dirt, there is no customer service, but you sure hear "ca-ching ca-ching" on their end each time you walk in the door. I'm a Golden Rule type person...they don't even know what that means. Sure miss Dr. Syllaba, but understand why he left!
Wait times are horrible when you go in for treatment. they have no respect for their patients
This visit was alot better than my last one where no one had any idea what was going on. This time everyone seemed to know what was happening and I got to see the doctor this time. They even called CVS for me to see why they aren't filling my whole prescription. The insurance is still holding up further progress. The Dr. Gave us a copy of everything he has sent to them to get them moving. Now it's a wait game due to the insurance company. I just hope the spine stimulator works for me.
I was in the PEMCO surgical bldg today getting a pain pump trial. Everyone was professional and very helpful. A very happy staff.
