Dr. Sergio Alverado and his staff are outstanding. I've been going to see Dr. Alvarado for years now. Dr. Alverado and his staff has helped me tremendously over that time. I could barely walk up right the first time I went to see them. My back was hurting so bad it felt like knives for being stabbed in the lower part of my back when I tried to walk. They have very unprofessional staff, not one single person knows how to do their job, they can not get prescriptions written and sent out properly. Good Luck getting through on the phone. After 3yrs of being a patient they have screwed up many times I have had to call and leave several messages each month just to get my refills done. Dr Alvarado he is and the older anesthesiologist are wonderful. The front desk girl too. The rest of the staff, they are not to professional. And the phone system they have, completely suck. If I get on hold Twice with someone, was a lot, and then, they transfer you call to a voice mail, and you lucky if they call you back. If they are pain management office, they need to be more flexible to people, if like they don't care above people been in pain. I loved it, Dr Sergio Alvarado was the best and I would have put my life in his hands but then he had given me to the dipshit PA who I guarantee never read my whole chart or maybe there would've been nore compassion, my wife has never ever taken pain medication and he made her feel like she was a drug addict, my Uncle who I referred to Dr A was also having to see this PA, my Uncle is a retired firefighter and was banged up really bad and this PA accused him of selling his Morphine, the most ridiculous accusations I've ever h... read more

Dr. Alvarado is a very caring dr., he takes time to listen to all your problems and pain.
