They have very unprofessional staff, not one single person knows how to do their job, they can not get prescriptions written and sent out properly. Good Luck getting through on the phone. After 3yrs of being a patient they have screwed up many times I have had to call and leave several messages each month just to get my refills done. Dr Alvarado he is and the older anesthesiologist are wonderful. The front desk girl too. The rest of the staff, they are not to professional. And the phone system they have, completely suck. If I get on hold Twice with someone, was a lot, and then, they transfer you call to a voice mail, and you lucky if they call you back. If they are pain management office, they need to be more flexible to people, if like they don't care above people been in pain.
