I went there for a procedure on my back. I was awake for the procedure and they numbing didn't work. I warned them certain numbing agents do not work on me at all and they dismissed me completely. So they *put the numbing in* and proceed and wow would you look at that I felt THE WHOLE DAMN THING WIDE AWAKE. AS THEY STUCK 6 HUGE NEEDLES INTO MY BACK NEAR MY SPINE. it made my back pain 1000� worse and I am literally typing this from the ER. Do not go here. The worst pain management I’ve ever had. Dr. Sewak needs to be fired immediately, she literally walked out on me when I told her I had fell on my butt, I had my tailbone amputated due to a tumor so I was in a lot of pain of course literally hysterically crying in agony but she did not care, her response was she does not have my mri scanning she can’t give me any pain medication even though I did an mri scanning but she ordered the wrong one, she didn’t listen to me from get go. Took care of me and my pain, t.y.
I have been a patient at this office for a few years now and although I’ve had few bad experiences, this office is not, as bad as, some of these reviews make it out to be. Yes, this office does have a large patient count, which is mainly made up of MediCal patients and from what I have seen in the waiting room a lot of these folks are pretty entitled individuals.
