The clerks are some of the rudest individuals I’ve ever interacted with. They will say anything just to get you off the line. Lies, appointment guarantees, and requests for appointment modifications have been their promises on dozens of occasions; in my experience. However, none have ever been followed through on. Whether these booking clerks/receptionists care to admit it, the administration team has a real influence over the care patients receive. Fantastic team of medical professionals for chronic pelvic pain. Empathetic and compassionate, I finally felt heard and received a wide range of treatments. As a patient since 2015, I highly recommend this pain clinic and am grateful for the specialists who have provided care along my journey.
I am dumbfounded by the number of negative reviews when I have had nothing but outstanding, caring and exceptional service every step of the way. My experience is quite contrary to many others for reasons I can only assume is because of my extensive history in (my chart.) There is a clear history of my pain journey, which essentially is key to receiving help, in my opinion. Theirs a reason the reviews here are so bad. I have thorasic outlet syndrome, have had 4 concussion, a botched rib resection surgery, bad back etc. I was sent to this clinic 4 years ago. It's now 2024, they have never done any physical adjustment, not provided any rubs, medications for pain etc, injections for pain despite me speaking to the manager who was the nastiest woman I've ever spoken with who promised after 4 years they would help, they still didn't, but suggested I take advil for my pain. 1) I can't take advil and ... read more
