I was referred to Dr. Snoderly for my chronic neck pain by my chiropractor. My first appointment was with the NP who recommended a Cervical RFA. I was told that my insurance required 2 "test" facet injections before the procedure would be approved. I scheduled my appointment so they could contact my insurance for approval. They called me about a week after and said the procedure had been approved and moved up my appointment. I am very upset I just had back surgery middle of march I also have lupus for 5yrs. Go to rhemtology But you can't get everything at one dr theses days anyway Had to go home to Missouri for 2 mnths to help my dad had hip surgery he is 83 yrs old . Anyway called to let them know I was in mo ask if I could get prescriptionsent to me they said no had to be seen in office. Well I got back pd my visit which was 167 dollars because my insurance lasted and they told me I had to many violations because I hadn't been there for 2 mnth... read more
Ever since i have been coming to the pain center i have never had tovwait no more than 10 min and they do and try everything or have with me to help my pain i am one who believes to give credit where credit is due they are and have been wonderful to me from the very start THANK U TO ALL THE STAFF AT THE PAIN CENTER YALL R GREAT!!!!!!!
