I hope the DEA made Dr. Preganz’s life as miserable as he made his clients. I would have an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM and wouldn’t be seen until after 4:30 PM. He must have seen the writing on the wall that he’d be closing and overbooked to make as much money while he could. Dr Preganz is one of the finest doctors I have ever treated with. He is compassionate and has always given me the most consideration possible. I don't know what circumstances the people who give bad reviews, but there are almost always two sides to the story.
