Called several times to schedule a pain management consultation with Dr. Moon and never received a single call back. Unacceptable for a pain management practice where communication should be a priority. They also have multiple Google and Yelp listings, which makes it difficult to see an accurate picture of reviews. I wish I had noticed that before wasting my time. I would recommend going elsewhere for your pain care.

The staff here is the reason my pain management has failed and am seeking pain management elsewhere. I was called back after a confirmed appointment being scheduled with Dr. Moon, and was told I am no longer under Dr. Moons care and the staff abruptly hung up. Dr. Moon is good, but his assistants and staff are dropping the ball entirely on clerical issues, resulting in insurance denials and delays, leaving my pain management to be improperly managed. Wonderful but his receptionist are incredibly rude. I have dealt with many and work in clinical sphere and I’m shocked by the way they conduct themselves. Unbelievably rude receptionists. Told them I was running late due to a horrible accident on the 5. I called they said to come anyway and had me drive an hour in Fred lock only to not honor what they said on the phone and wouldnt see me. They were condescending and nasty. Dr. Moon is hands down the BEST doctor in San Diego! I was in a car accident 3 years ago, and out of all the providers I treated with, he was the only one who took the time to make me feel like he actually cared. He genuinely wanted to make sure I was feeling ok. He answered all my questions, and took the time to explain things which none of the other doctors I saw did that. I would 100% recommend him to anyone struggling with chronic daily pain like I have been. Thank you Dr. Moon for helping me!

Dr. Moon is a wonderful doctor, but his Receptionist's are very rude and downright mean. I cannot go there any longer because they are unwilling to assist with anything out of the standard. It's very frustrating. Shannon Wright
