Wonderful but his receptionist are incredibly rude. I have dealt with many and work in clinical sphere and I’m shocked by the way they conduct themselves. Unbelievably rude receptionists. Told them I was running late due to a horrible accident on the 5. I called they said to come anyway and had me drive an hour in Fred lock only to not honor what they said on the phone and wouldnt see me. They were condescending and nasty. Dr. Moon is a wonderful doctor, but his Receptionist's are very rude and downright mean. I cannot go there any longer because they are unwilling to assist with anything out of the standard. It's very frustrating. Shannon Wright
Dr. Moon is hands down the BEST doctor in San Diego! I was in a car accident 3 years ago, and out of all the providers I treated with, he was the only one who took the time to make me feel like he actually cared. He genuinely wanted to make sure I was feeling ok. He answered all my questions, and took the time to explain things which none of the other doctors I saw did that. I would 100% recommend him to anyone struggling with chronic daily pain like I have been. Thank you Dr. Moon for helping me!
My current Workers Comp (WC) doctor is leaving WC practice.He referred me to Dr. Moon and for months I've been getting the run around because I use medical marijuana and other unexplained reasons. Since he only practices in CA and not across state lines, CA law takes precedence over federal law. So I can't make sense of this especially since it has almost no side effects compared to the pain medicine he might prescribe otherwise. I have been with Pain Care for about 8 years. Dr Moon really cares for his patients. I have very complicated orthopedic condition and over time has gotten better thanks to Dr Moon. Not quite sure about the bad reviews, perhaps they are from people that had an abnormal experience or didn't want the treatments recommended.
