I’ve enjoyed my experience with this facility from day one. They are always flexible with scheduling which is very convenient for me. Additionally, each procedure is explained thoroughly and they never have a problem answering my questions during my follow-ups.
Polite, everything explained well. I was seen on time and procedure went well.
Honestly, I respect Dr. Rao, Dr. Shiek and the whole PASS team. Super professional yet caring. I’ve been part of this practice since roughly 2017. Lifesaving. Now considering a more permanent solution but I’d recommend Rao, Dr. B, and most of all Mohsin Shiekh. They listen.
Doctors and the staff are fantastic. The shots work great. I have been 2 others before and they were far inferior to this place I would recommend them to anyone they don't put you in pain the shot is not horrible as some doctors have done to me in the past. I thought it was fantastic and yes it did work great my fears are finally gone and I AM FINALLY looking forward to future treatments.
