Dr. Kwok took his time to listen and treat my pain accordingly. His bedside manners are unmatched. I’ve never been in the situation I am in, after 6 strokes in one month, he treated me with professionalism, like a human, understood my needs and would recommend him and his staff to anyone needing treatment. If I could give 10 stars I would. He took his time checking my issue areas, made a care plan, and made me feel heard and seen and that’s something a lot of drs or specialists don’t do much of these days.
