My experience isn’t good here. This Dr asked me to visit his office every 2 months although I don’t have issues. He finds some minor issues and did his work step by step and every time asked me pay $50-70. This is a kind of pulling my leg to stick me with his office for whole year. I finally found another good dr here at Rockville who isn’t unnecessary asking me to visit his office.
My whole family and I have been coming to this dentist for a good 10 years or so and would never go anywhere else. We all have been happy with our experiences. Highly Recommended!
This review is for the front desk /scheduling staff. I called to schedule and confirmed the appointments weeks prior to the appointment. Only to be told the day of, that I have no appointment scheduled. I even have to take off half day from work only to find out I was not scheduled for that day nor any other days.
I think dentist Augustine Paik did good work on my teeth a bunch of years ago, but lately he seems too busy to provide adequate attention to me. My last few appointments, he had a bunch of other patients there as well, so he's spread thin.
My whole family and I have been coming to this dentist for a good 7 years or so and would never go anywhere else. We all have been happy with our experiences. Highly Recommended!
