I had a dislodged crown re-cemented. The receptionist "Lindsey" overcharged me and will not refund me for the overcharged amount. I called the office 3 times and she said she'll call back but never had intention to call back or refund the deductible about she charged me which I found out later that I already had met. She tells me I actually owe the office $245 (which is steep for re-cementing a crown) but my insurance tells me they are in-network and I they cannot charge more than $44. Dr. Woo is my dentist at this practice and she is amazing!! I never thought I would have a gentle, detail, and patient dentist. I usually dread going to the dentist but with her I have gone on time every 6 months for the last two years. The front desk staff are warm, friendly and helpful as well.

Dr. Paik was my dentist until my insurance changed. Because of him, I wasn't aware that being a dentist was hard work. He makes it look flawless. Recently I had to go to different dentists who didn't have Dr. Paik's intuitive knowledge and craftsmanship. It resulted in requiring a root canal. The dentist who broke my tooth was not compassionate after breaking my tooth and didn't take the steps to ask for help when she was overwhelmed. My experience isn’t good here. This Dr asked me to visit his office every 2 months although I don’t have issues. He finds some minor issues and did his work step by step and every time asked me pay $50-70. This is a kind of pulling my leg to stick me with his office for whole year. I finally found another good dr here at Rockville who isn’t unnecessary asking me to visit his office.

My whole family and I have been coming to this dentist for a good 10 years or so and would never go anywhere else. We all have been happy with our experiences. Highly Recommended!
