We were not treated fairly, even what time we come to her clinic, be it on time, early and late, we are always seen late. Waiting time takes us one to three hours. There is a poor communication between her and her nursing team.
Before moving here, I went to a pediatrician at our last duty station about some health concerns regarding my then newborn son (7m) and was treated like a hysterical scared new mom (even though I had just had a daughter 11 months prior so I wasn’t a ‘green’ mom), patted on the head, and sent ok my way. We then moved here and again I sought out TWO other doctors, voicing my concerns and AGAIN treated like I was hysterical, with one suggesting I was ‘maybe looking for something to be wrong’. My daughter has been going to Dr. Ward for years. Dr. Ward is very caring and attentive to my daughter and I am glad that Dr. Ward chose our community to provide her services!!!
