Johns Creek Dental Excellence is absolutely great. I'm a new patient and both of my visits thus far couldn't have been any better. The entire staff is super. From Dr. Tran and front office/reception to the dental hygienist and dental assistant, they couldn't make you feel any more comfortable. One moment, you're listening to music via Pandora, the next, you're getting a pillow put under your head while you're getting your teeth cleaned. It's all good. Johns Creek Dental Excellence is the model for how businesses should operate. Everyone is so friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel extremely comfortable and that you are truly a VIP. Since this was my first time here, I was given a complete tour of the facility by Laura, who explained in detail what each area was for, including who worked that area.
