So far, this looks like the best investment I've ever made. Current distributions are being paid out monthly at an annual rate of 12% and that does not include the capital appreciation yet to come. Update: The payout has decreased to 8% following a months-long suspension due to irregularities that prompted an SEC investigation. Company is shady not paying disbursements and can’t get any answers from them. Don’t waste your money with this company
I have on several occasions been back and forth with these people. Between myself and my wife we have 300k invested. Earlier this year Phoenix American Hospitality was involved in some sort of dispute with the SEC. While I do realize these things happen as investors we were left in the dark as to the details. The major selling point for PAH is that they had paid 12% distributions for several years along with a final payout often making the final rate of return over 20%. This company buys properties at covid reduced pricing and unlike some other REIT's they manage their own properties and have provided a solid 11% return each month, Until July 2024, under some sort of SEC investigation and not paying out dividends based on their lawyers recommendations.
