I rented a condo from this company for 11 months. The condo was considered "furnished" however every closet was crammed full of what appeared to be old, unused junk making it hard for me to store my own things including my clothes, most of which had to go into the upstairs bedroom. When we did the walkthrough with staff I was given one front door key and absolutely no information on where to park, mail keys or anything else; the only thing she was concerned about was getting her check. Be careful of this place. Somehow they erased all of thier 1 star reviews that are older than a couple years. But you can see they are adding up again quickly. Brittany will do anything she can to take as much money from you as possible. She does horrible business and can never accept responsibility for her own actions. Just stay away from this place!
We recently stayed at an AirBnb property managed by this company. The property was beautiful, but the property manager was extremely difficult. Britney did not tell us that we would be held to a water limit of 200 gal/day or the water would be shut off. The property boasts that it holds 12 people, which we had. Average water usage for a family of 4 is 300 gal/day. When we went over the 200 gal/day, the water was shut off for 24 hours. Avoid dealings with this company at all costs! We recently stayed at an AirBNB managed by this company and had a horrible unsanitary experience. Below is my review of my AirBNB stay. Don't stay here! Only think about staying here if you are OK with the water supply being shut off at 8:00 a.m., without notice. Also when this does happen, it will be off for a period of 24-hours, so no flushing toilets, no water from the sink, no showers, no water to wash dishes, no house water whatsoever for a full day, without notice.
