I was a walk in emergency and new to the area. The first person I met was Jordyn, at the front desk, and I started to cry when explaining my problem. She took my hands and with great compassion assured me that they would expeditiously take care of me. From there I met the Dental Hygienist who continued the quality of care with professionalism and compassion. My experience at this dental office was great from start to finish. Dr. Astorga and his assistant were very warm and welcoming and I felt comfortable right away. The exam was thorough, gentle, and Dr. Astorga took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The office was clean and well organized. This was genuinely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had, and I would highly recommend Pagosa Peak Family Dentistry to anyone looking for high-quality, compassionate dental care.
Best dental office I've experienced! Professionalism: you know up front what the treatment plan consists of and how much it will cost. Friendly reminders of appointment well in advance so you know if you have any conflicts.
