Trash. Members care for nothing but themselves and their rule handbook. Members can expect not to be allowed to park where they want in their (paid for) driveway, if anything is not picture perfect, expect a note from them because they are too spineless to show up in person 🙂
Animals and people are being attacked my vicious animals and they are hiding this problem. We are making it aware to everyone as I was attacked and my dog was almost murdered yesterday and I’m hearing from so many others what a problem this is in this area. Like it’s acceptable for pets to be murdered from unleashed animals
They don’t follow through on anything. I’ve lived here for a year and it’s become a real trash haven. So disappointed
I am proud to be a part of the many accomplishments PLPOA has done over the last few years. It is wonderful working with an engaged board of directors and professional staff. We now face a dramatic change in leadership, which was unexpected. I have every confidence this board of directors will make the right decisions in a timely manner to put new leadership in place to continue the progress already made. Thanks goes out to Rich Beaudry and Dick Fortier for volunteering their expertise in helping the board get started.
Pagosa Lakes Property Owners is doing a good job for our community. New walking trail going to connect Lake Forest Circle to continue a great walking path. You get a lot of services for your yearly dues. Thank you PLPOA.
