If you are in Mankato, and need/want pizza, THIS is your place! My family's hometown fav! Must have: cheese bread with the red pizza sauce!
Old school dining, and the pizza is my favorite in town!
Took my kids here for their first visit, while in Mankato. Been eating your pizzas since 1990 and when I get back down there 3 maybe 4 times a year. My daughter said "This is the best pizza ever! Love the sauce"! She takes after me as I also have always thought you guys have the best pizza sauce. Lucky for me I'll be back again in 2 weeks.
The place is a little rough around the edges but I make it a point to stop in whenever I'm in town.
Amazing pizza. Reminds me of Pizza Pit in Ames, IA which is the best pizza in Ames! Put them side by side and I would never know the difference. Will be back for sure!
My favorite place to fill up while in town watching the Vikings at their training camp! A must when in Mankato. Great pizza.
EXPENSIVE, terrible customer service, terrible quality control ( repeatedly sending out burnt pizzas for delivery and only offering to remake the pizza as a remedy), inconsistent at best and inedible at worst. PROTIP: If you're going to send out a pizza you know is burnt beyond recognition in an attempt to save on food costs your paying customer probably doesn't trust you to replace their pizza with something edible the second go around. Eat in here only! As for me, they're not getting any more of my cash.
The food was ok but nothing spectacular. Service was ok. I did roll up the tin foil in my basket when finished with my food. It was loaded with pizza or spaghetti sauce. The problem with that is that my sandwich had no sauce on it. I was told to eat here because the hot poor boys are amazing but mine was ok
Pizza was good service was lazy asked for to be cut in pie 3 times and it was not. Order a sandwich as well and never got it :/ oh well. I won't go back.
