Sorry that some folks have had a bad experience. Yes, sometimes the service can be eccentric, especially when it's busy. But that's part of the charm of the place. If you're expecting nouveau frou-frou pizza, forget it. But if you would like good pizza that's a throwback to the 1970s, Pagliai's is the place.
How many pounds of cheese do you go through in a week. It is fantastic how much cheese was on the cheesy bread and on the pizza.
Not sure what people are talking about. We just stopped in last night for supper and it was amazing! I hadn't been in there for a very long time, it was even better than I remember. And we also had very good service! Keep up the good work!!

The best pizza you will find in the entire state of Minnesota :-) I'll drive down an hour and a half from the cities just for pizza. Keep up the great work and I'll be back soon :-)
I'll admit that the service hasn't always been the greatest in my experience, but the quality of pizza outweighs that.
The pizza was delicious as always, my only request is , they cut the pizza in squares instead of triangles!!
Nest ever. The Palace pizza is my favorite! Just a little hole in the wall with awsome food.
