Bellevue pizzaria not for groups – We arrived 5:00 to secure a seating spot for 12. We were told all of our party had to be there. So by 5:30 they all were there and no seating available, please wait 25 more min. It became an hour. My husband a diabetic, passed out and we had to help him up and get something into his system. Consistently, Pagliacci is what pizza *should* be! This is the closest I've come to traditional east coast pizza. First, a good pizza is a finely tuned balance between the quality of the crust and the quality and quantity of the toppings. (Pagliacci offers many fresh/seasonal, high quality toppings and doesn't overwhelm the crust by applying them too liberally.)
