We asked Bruce to renovate the back of our 1870s home and he did a terrific job! With his team lead by Gerard, we now have a beautiful new bedroom with a WWR and ensuite, a new study, a large deck with cedar doors and an inside laundry. They were able to sensitively take into account the heritage aspects of our home, work through the challenges old houses present with uneven walks, unavailable matches to wood profiles etc all while keeping in the projected budget. We employed Pagewood Constructions to undertake a tricky extension to our home involving an old DA. The project entailed design as well as building and quite a bit of improvisation on the go. Bruce and his crew were great to work with, had intelligent solutions and responded well to the ongoing issues, keeping us constantly informed. We really enjoyed their company on the job and the project was completed on time. Highly recommended.

I have built several homes and a granny flat using Pagewood Constructions. They are a small, independent, local home builder which was perfect for us. The houses were all constructed ahead of schedule and the owner Bruce kept us up to date. Bruce is very knowledgeable and made many suggestions to either help us save costs, or make small enhancements that had a big impact on the end quality and value. I highly recommend Pagewood. I also believe they do restorations and renovations but I have not used them for that.
