I am completely satisfied everytime I do business at Pagel and Sons. Everyone is friendly and makes me feel right at home immediately. It's still got the feel of a hometown store in a town that has gotten so big but at the same time is elegant and has an amazing inventory.

When I went here to pick out my engagement and wedding ring, they took time to search the store for a ring in my budget. They even gave me a great deal. The service was phenomenal! I always recommend this jewelry store to everyone who asks!.
No complaints, good service I had an old ring that I had previously had plated with rhodium to change it from yellow to white gold a few years back. I wanted to bring it back to yellow gold in order to sell it so I tool it to Pagel at the recommendation of another jeweler. They did a great job and at a great price. The ring looks new. Everyone that worked there seem nice enough.
