Update – Positive Resolution Acknowledged After my initial experience, I am pleased to report that the dealership responded promptly once I was connected to the right team. They provided me with a loaner vehicle for the inconvenience and covered the cost of towing my vehicle back to the dealership to prevent any further damage.
