HIGHLY recommend requesting Kyle to be your service advisor if you need to bring your car in! I’ve had to bring my car in multiple times for suspension issues over the last two years. He’s so kind and will do everything he possibly can for his customers. It’s never really a great experience having something wrong with your car, but Kyle makes it less stressful.
I bought a used car from this dealership in December and in a weak moment I also purchased an extended warranty as I had never purchased a used car before. DO NOT BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. They will hard sell you on it. The coverage in the fine print is heavily limited and it turns out not much more than the manufacturer warranty I already had on the car. I recently visited Page Toyota for my 10k-mile maintenance, and even though a snowstorm prevented them from completing my front wheel alignment that day, the team made sure I was taken care of.
