I have been a customer for a while and have been buying and assign plans to my phones online. Every month, I buy 3 plans for 3 different phones that end on 3 different dates. In August I decided to buy a bigger plan for a phone that current plan ends on 17th of each month. I bought the plans and assigned the plans to the phones on August 27th. This company deals in very shady business practices. My experience with them wasn't bad until I got a smartphone and started using their data plans. I had heard many complaints about their automatic payment service so I decided to purchase online "cards" every month. They send you a confirmation email when you buy a card but not when you've applied the PIN to your phone. Also, if they don't apply the PIN to your phone, they don't let you know that you've been switched to their cash payment plan. So even though I KNOW I app... read more
