Page Plus deactivated my SIM card out of nowhere for no reason, and is making me purchase another one, which has still not arrived (it's been more than a week since I had to purchase it). Glad I learned early. They double charged me and I was never even able to complete activation. Then they they were only willing to refund one of the bad charges. STAY AWAY.
They took my $65 in November and I still haven't gotten it back. Been hung up on 5 times and very disrespected! Would not recommend!!
Representatives transferring my call from one to another 4 times for 2 hours, one time one transferred me to herself instead of appropriate department and surprised, unbelievable, they lost my phone, no help. Polite but no help, felt like talked to robots. Wasted my time, money and very upset in the end. Please don't have any business with this company. Service is terrible.
Not recommended. After several years of service. Took over $70 from me. Service cancelled, no explanation. Previously service was fine. Called, only told service ended on Aug. 2nd. Even though, I had over $70 prepaid.
Very poor customer service. The reps in the Philippines are rude, uncooperative, and unprofessional! My plan converted to a minute by minute plan at the end of my service date because I placed extra money on my account. I asked the rep would this happen prior to placing the money on there she told me it would just stay until I added more money for my plan. However, that was incorrect. We were billed twice in August of 2018 for cell phone service through page plus cellular. I disputed one and only ONE of the two charges. So a few weeks later, the pp cell phone service was suspended because of a billing dispute. I called PP and they said that they only "see" one charge (the one that was disputed) and they don't see the second charge. They said they wanted a copy of the credit card bill, the IMEI #, a written statement, and the cell phone number in question and they would resolve the problem in 24-48 hours. ... read more
I had been using a PagePlus "12" plan satisfactorily for 5 years starting in 2011 using a month refill payment option when, without any warning or reason that I could find, I was suddenly changed to a prepaid plan in Nov. 2017 and charged for both a monthly refill AND $12 deducted from a cash balance I'd had for the previous 5 years and not touched. I would not recommend this company (or any TracFone company). I cancelled service on November 17th and I was paid through December 8th (month to month account). They stated I did not qualify for a refund because once you pay for the month the MONEY IS THEIRS TO KEEP regardless if you cancel during the month.
