An amazing place...in an amazing New England town. This is a throwback hardware store that continues to thrive in the big-box era. If you're over 55...you'll smile when you first walk enter. And I'll bet you stroll down most every aisle...
Companies big and small often talk about customer service but the folks at Page Hardware, particularly Mike Brooks, could teach a master class in the subject. We have bought a variety of appliances at Page, including a whole kitchen, and this is what we have seen: knowledgeable advice, attentive service (including call-backs and timely email correspondence) and a willingness to stand by their products. This is a wonderful place.

Perhaps the best customer service experience I have ever had! Martin listened to what I needed, responded with options- which I found on my Mac- and I purchased my new dishwasher within 15 minutes of starting my call. It is being delivered and installed tomorrow. He was courteous friendly and circumspect. If only every purchase were as simple as this one!

I bought a Maytag washer and dryer in 1976 and I'm still using them! I love Page's! Wish I could still shop there �
Thank you Pages. I've gotten most of my major appliances over the years from Pages...just bought a new dishwasher... Ended up being unhappy with it. Pages stood by me & did the honorable thing & took it back for full value & replaced it for another of my choice. Most decent .. Thank you
