I had a great experience with Paffy's. They were prompt, professional, and very polite. Isaac was thorough and did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing and making suggestions.
Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Signed up for Season’s Package roughly $480 after tax. (spring/summer/fall) in January 2020 due to mice problems. Staff failed to explain that renewal/start service for package begins in the fall & ends with summer. Spring and summer services were rendered and scheduled. Called to schedule fall after emailed was sent to do so. Was told to renew $450 (w/out tax) in order to get service. Wonderful company to work with! I’ve worked with them for commercial needs for 4 years and just used them for a residential service. They are great to work with, reasonably priced and do a fantastic job!
