By far the best service Rapides Parish has EVER had.Pafford has 22-24 units active daily in the Parish compared to Acadian which on a good day had 7.
I had the absolute best crew this morning. Adam Poor and Lacey… they got to me super fat, were very caring and compassionate. Very professional, knew their stuff and were friendly too. The best ambulance service and the best ride. I’ve never had an ambulance ride that smooth.
Pafford ambulance was blocking pt pickup at sfch Alexandria, " not a ambulance pickup or dropoff" blocking cars in 0n 11-2 7pm # 1129. The driver was not there for 15 min, not allowing pt drop-off or pickup. Need to find another place to park or move the vehicle ASAP. USE the right entrance.

Very rude and unprofessional. They talk to to you any kind of way. If you can’t get in the ambulance on your own, you’re in trouble.
