Paella Time catered my Birthday Party this past April 21, 2018. Everything was wonderful - the food, the service, the Chef! Words are really not adequate to describe how please we were with Paella Time. Just an unbelievable culinary/paella experience for all attendees. We had so much fun. Thanks again!!
We had Paella Time career our wedding and it was amazing! They were exceptional in every way! People are still telling us how wonderful it was months later! It was a fun and exciting meal for everyone!!
Paella Time is exceptional, and I highly recommend! Hired Paella Time for a company event. We had a few folks from Spain that were there with friends, initially, very cautious, but indicated it was authentic and gave the paella a big thumbs up. All the folks enjoyed it an a few even said it was better than Gerard’s up in Sonoma. You'll here from us for this event again next year.

When it came to planning for the wedding, Ralph was responsive, accommodating, organized and promptly provided any information I requested. The food was delicious, their presentation was incredible, the staff was attentive to the guests needs, right on top of things and easy to work with. You need to consider Paella Time for your next event!

Excellent service, the food is amazing, and I love the unique way he prepares it. Ralph does a great job of making sure everyone is taken care of and he even lets the bride and groom participate in making the food for their guests if they want. I would recommend him to anyone. Just thinking about the food makes me want some right now!
