Could it be? An honest and reliable auto dealer? It was unclear what was covered under their warranty, I was guilty of making some assumptions. After 11 months, I started to have severe brake problems and brought it back for service. Well, there was no comprehensive warranty for me but they got me out of there in a day and a half with the problem fixed and treated me to a current inspection as well,. The price was lower than I expected. Joe is a gracious man that can take pride in his service.

We live in Maine. We were looking for a used 4WD Ford Truck. We saw one on Padula Auto Sales website and asked if we could come down on a Sunday. It was the owner's day off but he came and met with us. He is great- fair, honest and sold the truck to us at a good price. It was not ready to take home that day so he agreed to meet us halfway in Portsmouth NH and deliver it 4 days later! I purchased my second car there over 30 years ago and was still impressed with the service we received this past week. My son just bought a new car yesterday! Cam made things so easy with a rental, the sale of my son's new car and I spection, and getting it registered. I would not go anywhere other!
I've never had an experience like this at a dealership. I went there on memorial day, when they were closed, and Paul chatted with me for a good half hour, and let me test drive a Jeep I was looking at. He then told me to call Joe any time, which I did that day, and we settled on a fair number and made a deal. The prices are fair, their communication is excellent, and Joe seems to really enjoy getting people in the car they want for a fair price. Rare traits these days! I highly recommend them!
I had the privilege of having the BEST car buying experience ever this past week! Joe and Cam and the entire Padula Team made this purchase easy, affordable and enjoyable. Not only do they have great prices, their customer service is above and beyond what I expected.
