Dishonest. Shady business practices. Avoid at ALL COSTS! Went in because I had a tire from a Nexen set bought from Paducah Tire (PT) with a slow leak. They brought out a tire and said that my alignment was bad and that my tires were all in bad shape. I had purchased them at Paducah Tire on their recommendation. LIFESAVERS! Pulled in to volunteer at Hope Unlimited with my 6 month old and blew a tire, was so panicked because she would have to take a nap in an 1.5 hr and thought I was stuck. Had a friend call them and they came out immediately and made a horrible situation so easy to deal with (did I mention it was raining!) later, I came in to have it repaired and they served me so quickly in the midst of being busy! Truly grateful for their service!!

We had appointment to have new brakes and rotors turned today. My car has almost 95,000 miles. Marvin called my husband to say we have another 20,000 miles on these brakes. Impressive honesty. We will be back. Thank you!
I was quoted $50 and was charged $74 and change. I will not be back and I was a frequent customer. Before charging a credit card and doing the work you ALWAYS get permission. I am VERY disappointed.
Stayed late to put wheels on car. Brought lugs that didn't fit and they went out of their way to find ones that did. Service above what is expected
