Good service They do what they say
If you can help it live somewhere esle where there is a different company.there rates are horrible.they are ripping people off.there consumer service is a joke.they are not out to help there cosumers but to make things harder on them.
HORRIBLE COMPANY!! Do not live anywhere they offer service...stick with Jackson Purchase
They made a very bad business decision, and now the consumers are paying the price for it. Their rates are TWICE as as much as any other electric provider near by. Unfortunately, we're stuck with them since you can't choose your electric provider here in Paducah KY. They suck!
