This is one of the worst family medicine clinics in Paducah. You can't even call the office and speak to a person and if you do get an actual person they barely speak English. Very frustrating. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. They used to be wonderful until Bon Secours bought them. Now it seems to be about money and not the care of the patients.
You really don't want me to do that! Now I know things you all are lying to us all about!!! Love how yall judge patients w/o ever meeting us much less a phone or video chat. And love my screenshots of access to parts of mychart I don't think I was supposed to see but I sure screenshotted the conversation between one of ur "great" drs and a nurse talking about me in a text/message exchange! I think it's very unprofessional that the Dr is no longer in the office and none of patients are notified and shammara the lady at the desk was very rude and I know it was just not us she was rude to cause I have several family members that went to josh scarece and every one of them said she was so rude like we are bothering her by asking her questions on the steps we need to take cause my mom needs new Dr and the new Dr said she needs a referral we go up there and shammara is so rude about it saying she can't give referrals... read more
I feel like he's the only doctor I've ever had that actually cared about me. He's the only doctor I've ever seen that I felt like I could actually trust enough to tell my personal medical problems too. There needs to be more doctors like him and others in this office.
You can complain a dozen times to the front office about the check-in nurse blasting your information for the entire audience to hear And she will continue to do it. You can get an x-ray taken and they'll bring you back 3 weeks later to tell you we still don't have the results for it and never give you the results! There's always something at this office.
